Store Deliveries

When placing an order, the delivery options and details of the products you purchase are specified on the product page. When shopping from multiple sellers, each seller's own delivery policy may apply.
How is the Delivery Method Determined?
The delivery method of the product you order is determined according to the seller's preference. The seller can handle their own delivery or use our platform's courier network. In any case, you can see delivery information and estimated times after order confirmation.
Delivery Times
Your orders are quickly processed and forwarded to our couriers after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by region:
North Cyprus - Delivery Times
- Nicosia: 1-2 business days
- Kyrenia: 1-2 business days
- Famagusta: 1-2 business days
- Morphou: 2-3 business days
- Trikomo: 2-3 business days
- Lefka: 2-3 business days
- Dipkarpaz: 3-4 business days
- Yeni Erenköy: 3-4 business days
South Cyprus - Delivery Times
- Lefkosia (Nicosia): 2-3 business days
- Lemesos (Limassol): 3-4 business days
- Larnaka (Larnaca): 3-4 business days
- Pafos (Paphos): 4-5 business days
- Ammochostos: 3-4 business days
- Troodos region: 4-6 business days
- Akamas region: 5-7 business days
Rural and Remote Areas
North Cyprus Rural:
3-5 business days to villages and remote areas
South Cyprus Rural:
5-8 business days to villages and remote areas
Note: Delivery times may be extended in mountainous and very remote areas depending on weather conditions.

Early Order: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
Ready Stock: Products in stock are shipped faster.

Currently, we do not have delivery service outside the island. You can contact our customer service for your shipping requests outside the island.
Delivery Tracking
After your order is forwarded to the courier, a delivery tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile phone. Through this link, you can see the courier's location in real time and learn the estimated delivery time.
You can also view your order and delivery status from the "My Orders" section in your Adora account.
How to Track Delivery?
- Click on the tracking link sent to you via SMS
- Or log into your account and go to "My Orders" section
- Find the relevant order
- Click the "Delivery Tracking" button
- View courier location on the map
Precautions During Delivery
We kindly ask you to pay attention to the following points when your order is delivered:
- During delivery, check if there is any damage on the package.
- Before accepting damaged packages, note the situation with the courier and take a photo.
- Keep your ID with you when receiving your deliveries.
- When your order is delivered, get digital delivery confirmation from the courier.
- If the product is damaged when you open your package, inform our customer service within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
On the Adora E-Commerce platform, shipping costs are calculated dynamically according to seller policies and delivery distance:
Store Policy
Each seller determines their own delivery policy:
- Some stores may offer free shipping above a certain order amount
- Sellers may implement special delivery campaigns for specific regions
- Each seller's delivery policy is clearly stated on the product page
Dynamic Shipping Cost Calculation
Standard shipping cost is calculated dynamically according to the following factors:
- Distance between delivery address and seller/warehouse (per km)
- Size and weight of order package
- Selected delivery speed (standard, express, etc.)
- Current courier network traffic
View Exact Shipping Cost
You can clearly see your shipping cost during the order process:
- Exact shipping cost is calculated when you enter your delivery address before proceeding to payment
- Additional charges for additional services like express delivery are shown on the cart page
- Total amount including all taxes and additional charges is presented on the order summary screen

Delivery Options for Sellers
Stores selling on the Adora E-Commerce platform can manage their delivery processes in two ways:
1. Using Platform Courier Network
Sellers can carry out their deliveries using Adora's self-employed courier network. In this case, delivery processes, pricing and rules are determined by the platform.
2. Managing Their Own Deliveries
Sellers can manage their deliveries with their own delivery teams or contracted courier services. In this case, delivery conditions, times and fees are determined by the seller.
shipping_delivery.common.note: Sellers who make their own deliveries are obliged to clearly state delivery conditions in their store profiles and product pages. They are expected to deliver in accordance with customer satisfaction and the platform's trust policy.

Join Our Delivery Team
You can benefit from flexible working hours and fair earning opportunities by joining the Adora delivery team. To work as a courier:
- You must own a motorcycle or vehicle
- You must have the legal right to work on the island
- You must be over 18 years old
- You must have a clean driving record
